Warranty Administrator

Somers Commercials Ltd are authorized dealers for Mercedes Benz commercial vehicles and CVRT testing centre located in Camolin, Co Wexford

We are currently seeking to recruit a Warranty Administrator for a busy dealership.

Duties include

  • Process all claims on the appropriate systems
  • Update warranty register – note all claims submitted and credit received
  • Apply for goodwill/prior approval authority codes when necessary
  • Monitor all claims – correct and liaise with manufacturers if necessary
  • Notify Parts Department of returnable parts
  • Discuss all rejected claims with After Sales Manager
  • Discuss any shortfalls with After Sales Manager
  • In event of recalls contact all customers listed, follow up where necessary and update register on completion

 

Skills required

  • Experience in Motor Trade required
  • Hold a full valid and current driver’s licence
  • Strong computer skills experience with Auto view and advantage
  • Demonstrate motivation, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
  • Have good oral and written English
