Parts Administrator

Somers Commercials Ltd. are authorised dealers for Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles and a CVRT testing centre located in Camolin, Co. Wexford on the main N11 roadway.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Administrator for our busy Parts department.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Day to Day administration of our busy Parts department
  • Dealing with Customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ordering and liaising with Customers and internal departments
  • Receiving and identifying stock and checking goods from suppliers
  • Preparation of estimates, final invoicing and processing same

 

The ideal Candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in the Motor Industry
  • Good technical understanding of motor vehicles and ability to explain it to our customers as required.
  • Strong computer skills experience with Auto view an advantage
  • Good Customer services skills and professional appearance
  • Display an ability to work to high standards and as part of a team
  • Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work
  • Possess strong organisational and planning skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have good oral and written English
  • Hold a full, valid and current driver’s licence
  • Experience with a Forklift and a Forklift driving cert would be an advantage
