Parts Administrator
Somers Commercials Ltd. are authorised dealers for Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles and a CVRT testing centre located in Camolin, Co. Wexford on the main N11 roadway.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Administrator for our busy Parts department.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Day to Day administration of our busy Parts department
- Dealing with Customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Ordering and liaising with Customers and internal departments
- Receiving and identifying stock and checking goods from suppliers
- Preparation of estimates, final invoicing and processing same
The ideal Candidate will:
- Have previous experience in the Motor Industry
- Good technical understanding of motor vehicles and ability to explain it to our customers as required.
- Strong computer skills experience with Auto view an advantage
- Good Customer services skills and professional appearance
- Display an ability to work to high standards and as part of a team
- Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work
- Possess strong organisational and planning skills
- Work well under pressure
- Have good oral and written English
- Hold a full, valid and current driver’s licence
- Experience with a Forklift and a Forklift driving cert would be an advantage
